The first Russian-Italian Forum: "Russia: new opportunities for companies and investors" will take place on 11th April in Milan at "Borsa Italiana”. The lead in the Forum was taken by Moscow Interbank Currency stock exchange and it was organized by LLC Concern General Invest. This initiative was supported by the Borsa Italiana S.p.A, by representatives of first-rate banks, investment companies, funds and other financial institutions of Italy and Switzerland.
The main purpose of the Forum is to create a favourable image of the Russian economy to mobilize investment through intermediary of Moscow Interbank Currency Stock Exchange. 250 investment companies and banks operating in Italy, as well as 100 financial institutions of Swiss canton Ticino are invited. It is a remarkable event for Italian companies being a great opportunity to discover the potential of the Russian market of common stock. Its relevance for Italian business society is revealed by the fact that a great number of first-rank Swiss and Italian financial institutions have already confirmed their participation at the Forum.
By means of the Forum MICEX and LLC Concern General Invest are looking forward to open up possibilities for foreign investors to access to Russian equity market, which is to attract new investments in Russia, and to demonstrate all the benefits of Russian markets for the investors.
