On 27 November, the Italian Cooking Academy held its latest dinner, as is tradition, at one of the city's best restaurants – Assunta Madre on Povarskaya street. Guests from Russia and Europe gathered to enjoy the true elegance of Italian cuisine in all its diversity.
Such events are held all over the world and are designed to demonstrate the beauty of Italian cuisine and its cooking traditions. Vincenzo Trani, Legate of the Italian Cooking Academy, has been honourably fulfilling this mission in Russia by regularly organizing such events for its distinguished guests. The gala dinner menu included six courses, each presented by the chef.
