We wish you a happy Russia Day 12th of June 2014 and would like to inform you of the changes to the trading schedule and working hours of LLC Concern GENERAL-INVEST.

Changes to Moscow Exchange trading session schedule:
June 12, 2014 will be non trading day.
June 13, 2014 will be a non trading day for stock exchange section.  Trading at the futures section will be held as usual. 

Changes to trading schedules of foreign exchanges:
Trading on NYSE, NASDAQ, LSE, XETRA, HKEX and Euronext will be held as usual.

Broker’s working schedule and hours:
June 12, 2014 is a holiday, LLC Concern GENERAL-INVEST offices will be closed. 
June 13, 2014: LLC Concern GENERAL-INVEST will be open from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
June 14 and 15, 2014 are non-working days. 
From June 16, 2014 trading and settlements for all instruments on foreign and Russian trading floors will be carried out as usual.

Procedure for performing operations in securities from June 12 to June 15, 2014:
June 12, 14 and 15, 2014 are non-working days for National Settlement Depository (NSD).
According to the information published on NSD’s website, no depository services will be performed for clients on June 13, 2014. Settlement services will be performed as usual (except for conversion and stock market operations), subject to the rules established by the Bank of Russia. The Depository of LLC Concern GENERAL-INVEST will be closed on June 13, 2014. 

Procedure for executing non-trading cash instructions submitted from June 11, 2014 to June 13, 2014 (due to holiday-related changes in the operating schedule of banks and settlement centers).
Instructions for withdrawal of funds and transfer of funds between trading floors:
• instructions received on June 11, 2014 before 5:30 pm (Moscow time) will be executed as usual, 
• instructions received in the period from June 11, 2014 (after 5:30 pm) to June 13, 2014 will be processed on 16.04.2014.
