As of March 27, 2014 the conditions applicable to margin/unsecured transactions will change

Pursuant to Federal Financial Markets Service Order No. 13-71/pz-n dated August 08, 2013 “On Uniform Requirements applicable to Broker Activities in connection with Certain Transactions at the Client’s Expense”, the conditions applicable to the performance of margin/unsecured transactions will change as of March 27, 2014.

The new conditions applicable to margin, unsecured transactions

Professional securities market participant licenses of Concern GENERAL INVEST LLC: for carrying out broker activities No. 177-12660-100000 dated November 10, 2009; for carrying out dealer activity No. 177-12665-010000 dated November 10, 2009; for carrying out securities management activities No. 177-12670-001000 dated November 10, 2009; for carrying out depository activities No. 177-13612-000100 dated June 21, 2011.
