An evening charity party devoted to the promotion of SAMBO will be held in one of the most famous Palaces in London, Kensington Palace, on 10 June 2013.
The event is organized by the SAMBO International Federation (FIAS) and the company General Invest.
The event will be held under the patronage of the Russian Federation President Vladimir Putin and His Royal Highness Prince Michael of Kent.
The party will be attended by Prince Michael of Kent, A. Yakovenko, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Alexander Zhukov, President of the Russian Olympic committee, Her Royal Highness Princess Anne, the President of the British Olympic committee, Vassily Shestakov, President of the International Sambo Federation, deputy of the State Duma at the Russian Federal Assembly, by Lord Simon Reding and other representatives of the Russian and foreign elite, well-known artists, sportsmen and people of art.
The main objective of the gala function is the development of this unique Russian sport worldwide, and also to foster the inclusion of SAMBO in the set of Olympic sports.
