We audited the annual accounting (financial) statements of Noncredit Financial Institution Concern General Invest LLC (the "Company"), consisting of the Balance Sheet of the noncredit financial institution as of December 31, 2022, the Statement of Financial Results of the noncredit financial institution as of 2022, and annexes thereto.
In our opinion, the annual accounting (financial) statements attached hereto reflect accurately and in all material respects the Company's financial standing as of December 31, 2022, as well as its financial results and cash flows for 2022 in accordance with the accounting (financial) reporting rules established in the Russian Federation.
